Anders was born within DeForest in Wisconsin She is now living in Los Angeles. After completing DeForest Area High Schools in DeForest and Stevens Point University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts, Anders came from Madison. In 2001, Anders earned an MA in Fine Arts at Rutgers University. Anders dated Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until 2015. They dated on the set of Joey the show that ended in a sitcom. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com) is her brother. In 2001, Anders began her career in the theatre. Anders played the role of Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. Anders also was Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. On the Jump appeared on the Arena Stage.
